Framework Manager Faye Dolan recently visited Stockport College Phase 2 with Contractor Partners Seddon, who are currently working on a programme of New Build and Refurbishment works on behalf of Trafford College Group.
This Education Project was procured via the Procure Partnerships North West Framework under a Direct Award call-off procedure and monitored via Compliance Chain
This project includes refurbishment to existing buildings, infrastructure, associated external works and new build elements including new plant room and “The Street” linking the two sides of the campus and new business centre.
These works are part of a wider masterplan to upgrade the college campus and improve the wider area. Additionally, Seddon has ensured that students at the college can access work experience on the live site.
The project is due to complete later this year.

Phase two of the works at the college will accommodate essential courses to be delivered to students including hair and beauty courses to science based courses.
