Procure Partnerships Framework contractor partner Esh. is currently on-site making excellent progress as the new Willow Fields Primary School, on behalf of Sunderland City Council, starts to take shape.
The project was secured via the Procure North East Framework.
At present, the drainage is now complete along with 25% of the brickwork. The Internal walls, mechanical and electrical works successfully commenced ahead of programme with the installation of windows and doors due to take place shortly.
the one-storey building will have the capacity for 315 students and includes a car park, multi-use games area and playground facilities. These vital facilities will positively impact the lives of all the students that will pass through its doors.
