Procure Partnerships Framework Contractor Partner I&G have completed a programme of refurbishment works altering the accommodation of the Jubilee Wing of Leeds General Infirmary, involving changes to the equipment Pool and specific clinical engineering Functions.
nnThe project was secured via the Procure Partnerships Yorkshire Framework.
nnThe scheme was quite short given the amount and nature of the works involved. I&G ensured specific planning of resources and sequencing of resources for the best outcome and as a result the project handed over to the agreed extension of time.
nLike many works over the past year the project was carried out during the pandemic and given the tight timescales this brought about a need to plan works effectively to ensure that social distancing could be achieved. The I&G team managed this admirably to allow the tight programme could be achieved even with these additional considerations.
