Middlesbrough Council progress with 60,000 sq.ft Boho X Project

Boho X is the latest development of The Digital City, jointly funded by Middlesbrough Council and the Tees Valley Combined Authority. This new building will see the expansion of the Middlesbrough Digital Quarter, locally known as Boho.

The Digital City has a total investment potential of £250m of commercial, residential, leisure, retail, and education use.

Middlesbrough Council has appointed Galliford Try to deliver the project following a Single- Stage procurement process via the Procure Partnerships North East Framework.

Boho X will deliver an iconic building that provides circa 60,000sq.ft of high quality office accommodation tailored towards digital and creative companies with outstanding amenities and facilities including café space, bar/event space, lecture theatre and gym. It will ensure that the Digital City is the destination for emerging and expanding digital companies.
