Social Value is integral to what we do. With a dedicated Social Value Specialist, we support clients and partners in delivering lasting community impact. We require a minimum of 12% social value add on each project, with our contractor partners achieving an average of 66%. By providing the right tools and expertise, we ensure Social Value is embedded in every project, helping you build better futures for your people, spaces and places.

Project Green is a nationwide sustainability programme developed by Procure Partnerships Framework and backed by 33 of our main contractor partners. Created in response to a shared industry concern over the pace of environmental change.
This contractor-led commitment focuses on delivering environmental improvements across six core performance indicators: Carbon Offset, Trees Planted, Training Attendees, Training Hours, Green Travel, and the Replacement of Harmful Cleaning Products with Eco-Friendly Alternatives. This initiative recognises that voluntary collaboration outside of our project-level obligations can accelerate tangible outcomes that benefit both people and the planet.
