Earlier this month we welcomed Nathan Taylor to our growing team. Nathan joins Procure Partnerships Framework as Project Coordinator, he will be focusing on the delivery of our live projects, project reporting and working closely with new and existing clients.
We sat down with Nathan to ask him a few questions and to see how his first few weeks have been. Spend a few minutes getting to know Nathan!
1. How Have You Found Your First Few Weeks?
So far so good! Everybody has been really welcoming and the office has a positive atmosphere. I feel I’m settling in quite well.
2. We Are Based in Liverpool. What Is Your Favourite Thing About The City?
I’m really into my football and a massive blue, so I’d have to say that. Also, the people. Although it’s a bit of a cliché, scouse humour is pretty undefeated and I think you would struggle to find a friendlier city.
3. If You Could Be Anyone For A day, Who Would It Be?
Maybe Mick Jagger. I could only dream of having that much energy! He’s not short of a few quid either is he.
4. Who is Your Favourite Musician?
I’m a big Beatles fan, so would probably say Paul McCartney.
5. What Is Your Favourite Place to Eat Out?
I was living in Manchester until recently, so most of my favourites are on the other side of the M62. Erst in Ancoats & San Juan in Chorlton are great. If we’re talking Liverpool though, Queens is pretty special.
6. What Are Your Hobbies Outside Of Work?
I spend most weekends going for nice food with my partner & socialising with mates. I have a season ticket at Goodison & enjoy going to the match, as long as we don’t get beat! I like to think I’m a decent cook too.
7. If You Weren’t The Project Coordinator for Procure Partnerships and Could Do Any Other Job In The World What Would It Be?
Food critic! Maybe I could have a column in the Guardian where I travel around Italy or France & write about what I’m eating.
8. What Future Goals Do You Have?
Buying my first house, mainly. I would like to learn a language. It would also be nice to see Everton actually win something, but unfortunately that’s out of my control!
Robbie Blackhurst, Framework Director: “I am delighted to welcome Nathan to the growing Procure Partnerships Framework team who will fulfil the Project Coordinator role, after Adam Cochrane’s Promotion. Nathan has wealth of experience and will support our clients and contractors across the framework with project reporting. Welcome to the team Nathan!”
