Procure Partnerships Framework, on behalf of its Contracting Authority Wirral Council, has officially launched the tender for its third generation North West Contractor Framework, following a successful market engagement session earlier this summer.
Contractors are now invited to submit bids to deliver public sector construction and infrastructure projects across the North West region.
The third-generation framework will operate for four years and will run alongside the established National Contractor Framework and Professional Services Framework.
The existing North West framework has successfully supported over 150 projects for public sector clients, including local authorities, education providers, NHS Trusts, blue light organisations, and housing associations. The new framework will continue to offer flexibility for public sector users to procure works based on fixed OH&Ps, with project delivery routes including Two Stage, Single Stage, and Direct Award procedures, and options for both Design and Build and Build Only.
Faye Dolan, Framework Director at Procure Partnerships Framework, said:
“Following an incredibly positive market engagement session, we’re delighted to officially launch the tender process for our third generation North West Contractor Framework. The level of interest and insight shared by suppliers has been invaluable in shaping a framework that reflects the needs of both the market and our public sector clients.
This is an exciting step forward as we continue to support the delivery of essential public sector projects across the region. We’re looking forward to receiving strong submissions from a diverse contractor base.”
