GRAHAM to Transform 1 Trevelyan Square into a Collaborative University Facility for Leeds Students

Works start on the new Leeds Trinity University facilities, located at 1 Trevelyan Square.

We’re delighted that work has commenced on the new Leeds Trinity University facilities located at 1 Trevelyan Square.

The university decided to extend their facilities to accommodate its growing student body, and to enhance its educational offering by investing £8.6 million to repurpose an older office block in Trevelyan Square. The higher education facility will complement their main campus in Horsforth and enable the university to work closely with key partners and employers, supporting the demand for skills.

Expected to open to students later this year, the space will offer a range of modern facilities and services to ensure students can have the best environment for learning, experience and collaboration. The facilities will include a variety of study and learning spaces, specialist facilities, including a board room, trading room, law court, custody suite, business engagement centre, and specialist labs for the construction, built environment and computer science courses.

Rick Guest, Contracts Director, comments on the commencement of the project:

“We are thrilled to have signed Leeds Trinity University, and to be working with Procure Partnerships Framework on this project. We look forward to delivering this state-of-the-art, sustainable campus in the heart of Leeds.”
