Our Contractor Partner Eric Wright has started on-site this week on Manchester Metropolitan University’s Institute of Sport of Facility, designed by architecture firm BDP. The project involves the refurbishment of 99 Oxford Road in the city centre, part of MMU’s Manchester campus.
The teaching and research facility is planned to house the Department of Sport and Exercise Science and become an international ‘centre of excellence’, housing researchers in musculoskeletal science from across the university, including the faculties of Science and Engineering, Business and Law, and Health, Psychology and Social Care. The scheme was procured via Procure Partnerships Framework.
