The Procure Partnerships Framework Professional Services Approved Supplier Agreement allows clients to procure Professional Services teams across the following 11 regional lots: North East, North West, Yorkshire, East Midlands, West Midlands, East of England, London, South East, South West, North Wales, South Wales.
The Approved Supplier Agreement sits alongside our already established Contractor Framework and covers; Architectural Design, Landscape Architectural Design, Project Management, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, MEP Design, Building Surveying, Principle Designer, Fire Engineering, and Sustainability & Environmental.
Since going live on the 1st September the Procure Partnerships Approved Suppliers Agreement has
successfully secure 49 Appointments across a number of disciplines.10 of these appointments being NHS trusts. This includes North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust, Wye Valley NHS Trust, Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and NHS Property Services.
As part of our Professional Service agreement we use two call of methods. Further Competition and Direct Award.
The Further Competition call off method invites suppliers to submit a bid for your project based upon a series of quality questions, set by you, and a commercial submission which is competitively market tested against each supplier’s framework hourly rates. At the end of further competition stage, suppliers are selected to support project delivery.
The Direct Award call off method allows a framework supplier to be directly selected for a project without re-opening competition. Suppliers are appointed based upon the Procure Partnerships Framework Direct Award business case.
