Procure Partnerships Framework supports public sector organisations to find the highest quality contractors and professional services consultants within their region. Our five PCR15 compliant frameworks are managed by a team of regional procurement specialists who will support you from the start of the tender process, right through to project completion.

The regional structure of Procure Partnerships is unique in comparison to other national frameworks. Regional lots do not cover large expansive geographies. This ensures that the best fit regional suppliers, who understand the local demographic and employ local people, have the opportunity to deliver public sector projects within their respective regions. The framework contractor partners are specialists within construction, professional services, demolition, infrastructure and decarbonisation and retrofit.

  • Having undertaken a two-stage mini competition via Procure Partnerships within 22-23, I found the process to be very flexible and the framework representatives very supportive and responsive. The two-stage approach worked very well for a complex, high-specification build without a specification/level of detail and the available suppliers within the region/value band submitted robust bids.
