Access to pre-qualified and continuously vetted contractors and consultants allows framework users to reach market within 4–6 weeks (construction) and 2–4 weeks (professional services), which is 2–3 months faster than an open tender. This continuous monitoring allows us to identify emerging risks early, intervene proactively, and ensure that corrective action is applied consistently across the portfolio.

The Procurement Act and the updated PPN 002 guidance mandates procurement authorities to set and publish at least three Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all contracts over £5 million.
