Tilbury Douglas completed the transformation of Garden Mills into a state-of-the-art digital, science, and allied health training facility for Bradford College, breathing new life into a historic five-storey mill building in the heart of Bradford.
Procured via the Procure Partnerships Framework
The five-storey, 2,915m² building has been transformed into a dynamic learning environment, designed to meet the specific teaching needs of each department while improving the building’s accessibility, fabric condition, and energy performance.
Garden Mills is the first of several major projects planned on the Bradford College campus, setting the stage for further developments aimed at enhancing educational opportunities across the region.
