Neilcott Construction has completed the £9m remodelling, refurbishment and fit-out of Churchill Court, facilitating the London Borough of Bromley’s relocation from its former civic offices into a fully modernised home for its public services.

The project was delivered as a phased scheme under a JCT Design & Build contract, enabling the London Borough of Bromley to successfully transition its staff and public-facing services from its former civic offices into Churchill Court, a fully refurbished and modernised facility fit for contemporary local government.
The scale and complexity of the scheme required careful coordination across a live environment, with Neilcott managing multiple workstreams simultaneously to deliver on programme.
