Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS | Gleeds

Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust has appointed Gleeds to provide a more coordinated and efficient approach to quantity surveying and cost management services across their Backlog Programme, moving away from project-by-project appointments to improve value for money, achieve greater consistency, and streamline the delivery of capital projects.

The Parade Project, Leamington Transformation Programme

Warwick District Council | Coreus

Warwick District Council has appointed Coreus as Project Manager for The Parade Project, a key component of the wider Leamington Transformation Programme focused on regenerating Royal Leamington Spa town centre.

Building on completed RIBA Stage 2 concept designs, the project will enhance The Parade as the town’s main civic and commercial street improving public spaces, connectivity, and placemaking while supporting future growth and community activity.

Two Counties Trust | Stepnell

The Two Counties Trust, on behalf of Selston High School, has appointed Stepnell to deliver the phased redevelopment of a fully operational secondary school campus. The project combines new-build facilities, refurbishment, demolition, and maintenance works, which will all be delivered while the school remains open.

Key elements include a new courtyard building with dining, kitchen, and library facilities, an alternative provision hub, a new sports hall, demolition of the existing leisure centre, relocated staff parking, and targeted maintenance improvements.

Campus Condition Survey

Aston University | Currie and Brown

Currie and Brown have been appointed by Aston University to deliver a comprehensive condition survey of their Birmingham campus, establishing an up-to-date and reliable baseline of estate condition. Replacing outdated survey data, the assessment will support capital investment planning, maintenance prioritisation, risk management, statutory compliance, and lifecycle planning for key building and MEP assets.

Optometry Clinic Expansion

Teesside University | Britcon

Teesside University has appointed Britcon to expand and relocate its Optometry facilities from the Centuria Building to the Centre for Enterprise, increasing capacity from 12 to 52 optometry bays across three floors.

Works include internal refurbishment, new optometry teaching spaces with dedicated lighting, power, and data services, and modifications to the existing heating and ventilation systems to support the enhanced learning environment.
