A major milestone has been reached on one of Hackney’s most significant regeneration projects.
Contractor partners Kier Group are on site delivering 93 new homes for the London Borough of Hackney, including 52 for social rent and 19 for shared ownership. These homes will make a real difference to people’s lives across the borough.
Kier were joined by representatives from the London Borough of Hackney and the wider project team to celebrate the topping out of Phase 2C of the Colville Estate regeneration.
The scheme was secured via the Procure Partnerships London Framework two-stage call-off method, providing a straightforward route to market for the London Borough of Hackney and helping to build a project team aligned around a shared goal from the outset.
