Access to pre-qualified and continuously vetted contractors and consultants allows framework users to reach market within 4–6 weeks (construction) and 2–4 weeks (professional services), which is 2–3 months faster than an open tender. This is one of the fastest compliant routes to market available in the public sector.
A free project management platform is provided to framework users to support performance monitoring, risk management, and dispute resolution.
