4 Managed Tenders

We support you to issue tender documents and contract awards in line with PA23. Our support is optional and scalable, from providing tender packs to managing clarifications, organising site visits, chairing moderation meetings, and vetting submissions.

5 Audit & KPI Support

Our support continues beyond contract award to ensure ongoing compliance, financial due-diligence, client satisfaction and value for money is upheld. We monitor performance KPIs in real time, providing you with monthly and quarterly audit reports.
