Who is the Framework’s Contracting Authority?
The professional services framework belongs to Alder Hey Children’s NHS Foundation Trust. Procure Partnerships Framework operate the framework on behalf of the Trust.
Can I legally use your frameworks?
Yes. The framework was procured in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Under the transitional provisions of the Procurement Act 2023, frameworks established under PCR 2015 remain fully compliant and legally valid for use for the duration of their term, providing a safe route to market.
Does your framework have an access agreement?
